Who is responsible

Verbtee, run by a private person in Sweden, is the data controller. Contact: info@verbtee.com.

What we collect, and why

• When you order: you check out with Fourthwall, the seller of record, which collects your name, delivery address, email and payment under its own privacy policy. We see your order (the word, fit, colour and size, your name, email and delivery address) to help with it and answer questions (contract, GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
• Payment: handled by Fourthwall. We never see your card details.
• Browsing: no cookies and no tracking. We count visitors without cookies: your IP address and browser are turned into an anonymous code that changes every day and every month, so we can count unique visits without recognising you later. The IP address itself is never stored, and we skip counting if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. We also count how the generator is used (words typed, suggestions picked, real photos viewed, tees added to the cart, checkouts started), and which words are tried most each month. Those words are stored on their own, never with an IP address or anything else that could link them to you, so avoid typing anything private. Our hosting keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and request) to run and secure the site.
• Your cart: kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only, so it's still there when you come back. It reaches us only when you check out, and is emptied then. Clear it any time by removing the tees, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who we share it with

• Fourthwall (sale, payment, printing, shipping and order emails), USA. It is an independent controller for your order and payment data.
• Resend (emails from us, if we write to you), sent from the EU (Ireland).
• Vercel (hosting), with EU and US infrastructure.

Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for 7 years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires. Nothing else is kept longer than needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it: email info@verbtee.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
