Who sells

Verbtee designs the tees and runs this site. Verbtee is run by a private person in Sweden. Email: info@verbtee.com.

Orders are sold by Fourthwall, Inc. (Santa Monica, California, USA), which is the seller of record: it takes the payment, charges and pays the VAT, prints your tee and ships it. Fourthwall's own terms and privacy policy, linked at checkout, apply to the purchase alongside these terms.

What you buy

A t-shirt printed with the word you chose. Each tee is made to order: it is printed after you pay, on an organic cotton garment by Stanley/Stella.

Prices and payment

Prices on this site are in euros and include Swedish VAT. At checkout Fourthwall applies the VAT of the country you ship to, so the total can differ slightly outside Sweden, and adds shipping based on your address. You see the full total, VAT and shipping included, before you pay. Payment is handled by Fourthwall; we never see your card details.

Delivery

Fourthwall prints your tee within a few working days and ships it with tracking. The delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout; delivery takes at most 30 days. You get an email from Fourthwall when you order and when your tee ships.

Returns and exchanges

Every tee is made to order with your own word, fit, colour and size, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c); Swedish Distance Contracts Act, chapter 2, section 11). That means we can't take a tee back because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order.

If something is wrong with your tee

If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, you get a new one or your money back:

  1. Email info@verbtee.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email from Fourthwall) and a photo of the problem.
  2. We reply within two working days, usually with a replacement already on its way, at no cost to you.
  3. You don't need to send the faulty tee back unless we ask you to. If we do, we pay the return postage.
  4. If we can't replace it, or you'd rather have your money back, the full price including delivery is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Tell us as soon as you can: reporting within two months of noticing a fault always counts as in time. Under Swedish consumer law you can complain about a fault that was there when the tee was delivered for up to three years.

Disputes

Contact us first at info@verbtee.com. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU's online dispute resolution platform. Swedish law applies.
